I was the architect/designer on a fairly extensive renovation which turned a 2 bed, 1 bath house into a 4 bed, 2 bath house (using existing attic space)...on a tight budget. Ordinarily, I like to work with contractors I am familiar with, however, the client brought them into the mix...and I am so grateful for the introduction! They were wonderful to work with, very responsive and very responsible to the budget. They appreciated the intention of the design philosophy and had some excellent suggestions to make things either better and/or less expensive and (a big plus for me) they checked with me first on this, and whenever there seemed to be question. I so enjoyed working with them and hope we get the chance to do it again soon.
