This beautiful waterfront condo received a complete makeover once large structural steel beams were installed to open up the space. The raw steel was left to give the space a unique look mixed with custom cabinetry, quartz and butcher block countertops and back painted glass backsplash on the kitchen. The bathroom was expanded to house a deep tub and a spacious shower tiled floor to ceiling. Throughout the space, all finishings were updated along with new lighting and natural lighting passageways. Extensive soundproofing was also done to minimize sound from surrounding units.
